The varus angle means your foot tilts outwards and by correcting this the Body Geometry Internal Wedges act to reduce knee, foot and hip inflammation. The shim is placed underneath the footbed and the vent holes ensure that moisture can be easily wicked away from the sole of your foot. Compatible with all shoes.
